EVM swaps typically complete in 1–3 minutes. Bitcoin swaps take up to 10 minutes due to Bitcoin block times. Track progress live in the app or on 2piswap.com.

Airgapped cold wallet

Generate a 24-word seed phrase and derive EVM + Bitcoin addresses entirely offline. The private key is permanently deleted after you confirm your words — only public addresses are saved to your address book.

Go offline
Turn off WiFi and mobile data or enable Airplane mode. The app verifies your device has no internet connection before generation begins.
STEP 02
Generate seed
A 24-word BIP39 seed is generated using cryptographically secure entropy. All operations are 100% offline.
STEP 03
Write words down
Words are displayed 6 at a time. A 60-second timer ensures you have time to write each group carefully on paper.
STEP 04
Confirm Seed
Re-enter all 24 words to confirm you recorded them correctly. Autocomplete helps you select words accurately.
STEP 05
Key deleted
After confirmation the private key is permanently wiped from memory. Your EVM and BTC addresses are saved to the address book.
STEP 06
Receive only
Use the cold wallet address as a private receive address for swaps. To spend, import the seed into Trezor or Ledger.
Security note: Your seed is generated in an airgapped environment — your device has no internet connection during key creation and derivation. The private key is permanently deleted before going back online. Screenshots are blocked on all seed generation screens.

Yes — 100% self-custody. Your seed phrase and private keys never leave your device and are never shared with any server. Only you have access to your funds.
No — 2piswap.com works with any EVM-compatible wallet including MetaMask, Trustwallet, Phantom and any WalletConnect-compatible wallet. The 2π Wallet app gives you the best experience but it is not required.
The SilentSwap protocol breaks the on-chain link between your source and destination addresses. An observer on the blockchain cannot easily trace that the sending address and receiving address are connected. For maximum privacy, use a cold wallet address as your receive address.
A cold wallet address is a public address whose private key was generated offline and then permanently deleted from your device. When you receive funds to a cold wallet address you have never used on a hot device, there is no transaction history that links it to your identity — making it the ideal receive address for privacy swaps.
Yes — Bitcoin is supported both as a source and destination. Connect your Bitcoin wallet via WalletConnect using the 2π Wallet app or any compatible BTC wallet. You can swap BTC → EVM tokens or EVM tokens → BTC.
Most EVM swaps complete within 1–3 minutes. Bitcoin transactions may take up to 10 minutes due to Bitcoin's block time. You can track your swap live on 2piswap.com.
If a swap cannot be completed, the SilentSwap protocol includes a refund mechanism. You can check refund eligibility from the Recent Orders panel in the app or on 2piswap.com. Expired orders can be refunded on the Avalanche network.
